- A Ray of Hope Life Changing Center was founded in January 1996. We are a non profit organization designed to meet today’s rising community concern and a place of refuge for those in the community to receive assistance and support in whatever area they may need. We are an agency that houses a number of various ministries designed to meet the devastating needs of the homeless and families that are less able to maintain themselves due to economic reasons. We provide multi resource services and training through mentoring, vocational classes and everyday life skills training as well as these we offer a wide range of services for the community and our aim is to grow nationally, expanding internationally as new sites are developed.
